1914–2018 · Watercolorist & Professor
Signature member of the Northwest Watercolor Society, whose paintings explore the landscape environment — earth forces and movement, color and design — from the canyons of the Columbia River region to the forests of the Pacific Northwest and the prehistoric rock art of ancient peoples. A teacher for more than forty years at Eastern Oregon College, the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, and Central Washington University.
